Verdict
LeagueLobster is a sharp tool for one job — generating fixtures. If that is literally all you need, it is excellent and the free tier is enough for most one-off tournaments. ArcStat is a full platform: once your fixtures exist, you also need box scores, standings that update automatically, player photos, a fan page, and CSV export.
